Because if I'm going to break my own rules, those rules should at least be somewhere.

Media Posts Master Post

Just some short stuff for my Media Posts:

I post screencaps, then I write things. There’s nothing else to the format at all. Maybe I’ll do a voiceover if it’s something I’m really entertained by. Some of them are going to be short, others are going to be longer.

These posts are going to assume you’ve seen just as much as I have; I’m not going to be explaining references to previous episodes with a huge amount of depth for people who’ve never seen [show] before. That takes a lot of time.

These are purely for fun, mostly because I am notoriously bad for not watching either TV or movies that my friends want to talk about. I have been really terrible for “needing something on on the other monitor” and that usually doesn’t mean I’m present or engaged while watching things.

I want to change that, and I feel like this is a fun way to do so. Ironically, this still means I’m usually watching these things on a treadmill, but hey, there’s purpose to doing so.

I’m not the type to just chill on a couch for “movie night” and I’m not sure that’s ever going to change, but hey, stranger things have happened.
